About Aastha

Before Aastha Gulati worked with the subconscious mind, she spent six years as an actuarial consultant — reading risk models, not energy patterns. That training never left her. Today she brings the same rigor to the mind's deeper terrain: the beliefs, conditioning, and stored experience that sit beneath conscious awareness, quietly running most of a person's choices, reactions, and relationships.

She didn't leave the corporate world so much as bring its discipline somewhere new. Twelve years of corporate training and behavioural coaching — she's a certified corporate trainer and a certified corporate behavioural trainer — taught her to work in measured, structured, confidential ways. Her sessions still carry that structure: outcome-oriented, not open-ended.

For the past sixteen years, she's worked as a practitioner in her own right — a certified clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and Redikall Healing facilitator and trainer, with additional training in Akashic work, pranic healing, somatic and embodied practice, and guided visualisation. She has held one-to-one sessions and mentorships with clients across the world, and led workshops and retreats from Bangalore to Edinburgh, Dharamsala, Bali, and the Himalayas.

Aastha is also the founder of Dhurii, a movement and wellness academy and the ZED (Zen Executive Director) at Zariyaa, a hapiness and well-being company.

Meeting what's already there

HOW SHE WORKS

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about meeting what's already there — the conditioning, the stories, the patterns that helped you survive something once and never got the memo to stand down. Every session starts from where you actually are, not where a technique says you should be. No two people get the same approach, because no two nervous systems are carrying the same thing.
